Kirn Estates Ltd are a fresh new family run business with over 32 years in property related experience. The company was established in April 2006 by Martin Parker and Kirsty Clifford. Together with Northenden’s Sales and Lettings Administrator Rebecca Moffatt and Karen Waterhouse Personal Assistant, we endeavour to assist our clients greatly in their move liasing closely with our sales and administration team. 

The Company Director, Martin Parker is an independent financial advisor also trading as “Parkers Independent” he alone has over 19 years experience in the housing and financial sector, working with some of the biggest names in the business.

With our combined knowledge of buying, selling, renting and finance we aim to provide the highest level of service together with a friendly atmosphere to Northenden and the surrounding areas in Greater Manchester using our innovative specialised technology.
