Kirn Estates Ltd an independent family run business with over 37 years in the property industry. Our company was established in April 2006 by Martin Parker and Kirsty Clifford. Together with Sales and Lettings, department, we endeavor to assist our clients greatly in their move, liaising closely with our sales Consultants and administration team.

The Company Director, Martin Parker is an independent financial advisor also trading as “Parkers Independent” he alone has over 19 years experience in the housing and financial sector, working with some of the larger company’s in the business.

With our combined knowledge of buying, selling, renting and finance we aim to provide the highest level of service together with a friendly atmosphere to Northenden and the surrounding areas in Greater Manchester using our innovative specialised technology.
